SB1383 Edible Food Capacity Survey

A new California state law, Senate Bill (SB) 1383, requires Contra Costa County to identify existing capacity at Food Recovery Organization and Services that may provide service to Edible Food Generators within unincorporated Contra Costa County. Your organization has been identified as a Food Recovery Organization and/or Service that operates in Contra Costa County. State Law mandate that Food Recovery Organizations & services respond to Agency requests within 60 days. Please provide responses to the below questions no later than June 23rd, 2022 to ensure compliance with State Law.
